Chase & Status Bring Drum & Bass Firepower to San Diego This Weekend

Chase & Status have spent more than two decades establishing themselves as one of the defining forces in modern drum & bass.

The London-based duo of Saul Milton and Will Kennard have continually pushed beyond the traditional boundaries of drum & bass, incorporating elements of jungle, UK garage, grime, hip-hop, rave and broader electronic music into their productions and live performances. Their ability to connect underground sounds with massive festival and arena audiences has helped make them one of the genre’s most recognizable names.

And 2026 has already been another major year for the duo.

Following the enormous success of tracks including “Baddadan” and “BACKBONE” with Stormzy, Chase & Status are entering another significant chapter with their forthcoming album Generic Everything, scheduled for release October 9, 2026. The album features an impressive list of collaborators including J Hus, Little Simz, Skrillex, Giggs, D Double E, Blanco, IRAH and Col3trane.

That makes their San Diego appearance particularly timely, with the duo currently operating at one of the highest points of their career.
